My proposal for the Khen Spencer Award was the Kitchen unite. A Unite that would allow more of a opportunity for students to cook at our school since we don’t have home ec. And out kitchen counter space is very limited. This unit is also portable allowing us to move it closer to the garden to take our fresh produce and turn it into a meal. The unite has since been used to make lunch, and help with cooking demos.
